Our commitment to families
YOUR DREAM,
OUR RESPONSIBILITY.
ND Goal experience is made for the enjoyment of the player and family, we know that to have this joy, the player has to be in the best hands and we make sure of that
Small, hands-on agency
We are not a large tour operator. You speak directly with the founder. Proximity to players and families is our top priority.
PARTNERSHIP WITH LSA
Learning Soccer Academy is a well-known Spanish academy with more than 10 years of age, 96 teams and +1000 players currently enrolled.
PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES
Players are always together with the team and supervised by coaches and staff. Safe and joy have to go together in every moment
Daily communication
Parents receive photo and video updates every day, plus a direct WhatsApp line to the team manager and staff throughout the trip.
Clear pricing, no surprises
One flat program fee covers everything on the ground in Spain. We tell you exactly what is and isn't included before you commit.
Written emergency protocol
Every trip has a written incident and medical protocol. Local hospital contacts, insurance guidance and 24/7 emergency numbers are shared with families in advance.
ND GOAL ON-SITE
ND Goal staff will be next to the players to make sure they are having their best time, clarify doubts and provide help for the players during their experience
DIRECT LINE TO THE STAFF
You can WhatsApp or call the staff personally at any point during and after the trip. Not a support inbox, a real person who knows your child.
Medical & insurance guidance
Every player has his own medical insurance provided by ND Goal and LSA. Every allergy, medication or need is known by the staff at all time.
Informational meetings
ND Goal and LSA do a minimum of 5 online informational meetings before the player and family arrives to Spain. Like that, we make sure that families will not have any doubt before the experience begins.
Staff available
Players have different staff on-site working for them: GMs, Athletic Director, Coaches, Coordinators, Assistance Coaches, Sports Psychologist, Athletic Trainers, Photographers, PRs, Guides.
