About Us
A DREAM
BECOMES
A REALITY.
ND Goal stands for Not Dream, Goal. Our job is to turn what has always been "a dream" — playing in Spain, training with European academies, competing in the biggest youth tournaments in the world — into a real, scheduled, achievable goal.
ND Goal is a small, hands-on agency program built to connect American families with youth football in Spain. We were born from and idea of making dreams come true, to give the opportunity to players that have the quality and passion but do not have the tools to make it happen.
Every trip is designed for two things at once: serious soccer development and complete peace of mind for parents.
Founder
Meet the founder
Genís Alcaide Armengol
Founder · ND Goal
Genís is from Girona, Catalonia, Spain, and since 2025 he has been studying in the United States as a student-athlete, double-majoring in Exercise Science and Sports Management.
Alongside his studies, he coaches and works with the physical and technical training of Spanish players back home. Living on both sides of the Atlantic showed him something clearly: American players have talent and hunger, but very few of them get real access to live the experience to play in Europe.
For him, it is an honor to know that he has helped players to achieve their dream.
Why did you create ND Goal?
"When I was 17, I tore my patellar tendon. I could not play for 11 months, and no team wanted me to play at the highest u19 level. I felt my soccer career was about to end. I decided to start a new chapter in the U.S. as a student-athlete, and I could not have done it without my agent's help, and believe. He has changed my life, and I want to be this person for other players who have everything they need to achieve their goal except the tool. I want to give players the tool."

LEARNING SOCCER
ACADEMY
LSA is a Spanish soccer academy headquartered in Catalonia. Created in 2016, LSA has participated in more than 40 different tournament editions around Spain and Europe.
Today LSA is one of the strongest academies in Catalonia, with 96 teams and more than 1,000 players currently enrolled — coached by a full staff of UEFA-licensed professionals.
Every ND Goal trip is co-designed with LSA and led on the ground by their coaching staff. Your player trains, competes and lives inside a real Spanish academy.
