Frequently asked
Your questions,
answered.
CAN THE FAMILY TRAVEL WITH THE PLAYER?
Yes, families are welcome to travel with the player, and to ensure the perfect timing and enjoyment, we have a specific plan for families who come to support their player.
Do players need to speak Spanish?
No. All coaches and staff speak English. Many teammates are bilinguals, which becomes a natural part of the experience.
Who supervises the players?
Every group travels with his team manager and ND Goal and LSA coaching staff. There is at least one adult on-site with the players at all times, plus a 24/7 emergency line for families.
Where do players stay?
Depending on the experience that players choose, they would stay in a place or in another. However, LSA and ND Goal always provide great places to stay with all the facilities needed and covered.
How do you keep families informed?
We send a daily update with the schedule, photos and video clips so you can see your child training, playing and enjoying the trip. Every family has a direct WhatsApp line to the ND Goal team manager and a 24/7 emergency number, so you are never more than a message away.
DO PLAYERS TRAVEL WITH THE TEAM OR FAMILY?
Once the player arrives to ND Goal's hands, the player will do all the trips with the team and stay with it as well.
WHAT HAPPEN IF THE PLAYER GETS INJURED?
ND Goal and LSA provide a health insurance that covers every emergency that the player may have and hospitals to go.
HOW AND WHEN WILL THE INFORMATIONAL MEETINGS BE?
There will be a minimum of 5 informational meetings, with ND Goal staff, coaches and LSA staff. They will be spread out over the months and weeks leading up to the experience. *Before the confirmation, meetings will be individual and provided upon the family's request.
